For Best results when using Freedom TeleWork Call Center Pro, it is recommended that all agents use DSP (Digital Sound Processing) Headsets. These headsets are designed for VOIP applications and will provide the best quality at the cost of between $40 - $50 per headset.
It is also receommended to NEVER use a wireless headset or a wireless internet connection for quality assurance purposes. Wired connections are always required for consistent high quality VOIP applications.
Note that using your Web Softphone, we have designed a test to check the quality of your users headsets, simply have your agents dial 3246 ("echo") on your Softphone and then click "dial". This will play an echo test so your users will know if their headsets are delivering clear audio quality.
