Freedom TeleWork has created a technology that allows organizations that perform telephone contact work to set up remote calling units. These units are comprised of one or more locations anywhere in the world where a you as a TeleWorker can answer inbound calls or generate outbound calls for clients of Freedom TeleWork.

What is a Freedom Teleworker?

Freedom TeleWorkers are independent contractors who have applied and have met the qualifications of Freedom TeleWork to handle the inbound and outbound requirements of our clients. Freedom TeleWorkers work from home or their private offices and they set their own schedules. TeleWorkers have become certified by applying and taking and passing a Personality Profile, a Basic Computer Skills Exam, a Reading Comprehension Exam, recording a Voice Segment, and if the candidate has had less than two years experience in Telemarketing or Customer Service taking and passing an online e learning Telemarketing or Customer Service course.

Why do Clients use the Freedom Telework Program?

Clients have learned that at home workers tend to be very satisfied with their work environment and therefore have a great attitude and do correspondingly great work. TeleWorkers express their satisfaction by tending to continue as TeleWorkers for a long time, breaking the problem of turnover that plagues the traditional brick and mortar call industry. Clients also appreciate the technology solutions that Freedom TeleWork offers, and the cost savings they can achieve by using our unique solutions.

What Work conditions, Computer Hardware, Software and Internet connection must a Teleworker have?

TeleWorkers must have a computer which should be no more than five years old and running Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT, or Windows ME. In addition, TeleWorkers must have a broadband connection, and either a Cable Modem or DSL connection. Dial up internet connections, or high speed dial up internet connections will not work and cannot be used. In addition, TeleWorkers must have a good quality headset with a built in microphone, which can be purchased about $30. TeleWorkers must be running the Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser version 5.5 or higher. In addition, TeleWorkers are expected to follow good practices in maintaining their computers by running anti Spyware and anti virus software and making sure their systems run properly. In addition, all TeleWorkers are required to have a quiet workplace free from noise or interference so they can present a professional image to our clients. Barking dogs or crying babies in the background of course will not present a professional image and cannot be accepted.

Why become a Teleworker?

TeleWorkers are generally people who want to set their own hours and run their own business. They are individuals who are self motivated and do not need a boss looking over their shoulders constantly telling them what to do. They are individuals who strive for excellence in whatever they do and are not satisfied with poor performance. In short, they want to succeed in life by taking the first step towards excellence. They also truly enjoy talking to and helping people over the phone, and want to constantly improve their customer service and tele sales abilities.

What time commitment must I make to become a TeleWorker?

After becoming certified in our system, TeleWorkers can work as little or as much as they want to subject to our client needs. We generally ask that a new TeleWorker be able to work at least 8 hours weekly if requested by clients and of course more if the TeleWorker and the client choose increased hours.

How are Teleworkers paid?

TeleWorkers are paid for their time on the phone. This means they are paid for each inbound call they handle or for the total amount of time they are making outbound calls in an outbound environment. The Freedom TeleWork system keeps track of the total time spent on inbound and outbound calling jobs and automatically generates a payment every two weeks.

What fees do I pay Freedom TeleWork?

Your only fee is for 12% of the bid amount, which is deducted from the amount paid by our client. This fee covers site advertising, corporate credit card processing, and site costs. Here is an example:

How do I find out about jobs and accept jobs?

Once you are a certified TeleWorker you will be given access to your personal Job Center. Your Job Center will list the jobs that you are currently qualified to handle where your profile and experience match the expectations of our clients. We will also e mail job opportunities to you which you can accept or decline at your personal Job Center. If you accept a job, we will expect you to live up to your commitment and be available to handle the inbound or to perform the outbound job. The process works like this:
• Find out about jobs by e mail or at your jobs center
• Make a bid on the job citing your hourly rate
• If your bid is chosen you will receive a congratulations email
• Accept the Job from your Job Control Center and login to your account to review any training materials and instructions you will need to know to complete the job
• If you need to you can communicate with your corporate liaison by filing a report or you can notify them that your work on the project is complete
• Your corporate liaison will then indicate that the project has been accepted, and Freedom TeleWork will arrange to have payment sent to you minus the 12% fee of Freedom TeleWork
• In almost all cases, this is an automatic process. If you run into problems, e mail us at jobscoordinator@freedomtelework.com and we will assist in the resolution Once a corporate Buyer accepts your work, the payment for this work has already been to your Freedom TeleWork account. All credits accumulate until the cutoff date you choose, which is either the middle or the end of the month. We then pay you by the 7th day thereafter. You can also choose not to receive payment until your account reaches a certain payout amount. For example, if you want to be paid whenever you are owed $600, set your payment minimum to $600. You can also choose to be paid 3 different ways:
Pay Pal, Wire Transfer, or Regular Mail
• Pay Pal
• Snail Mail
• Wire Transfer Direct To Your bank Fee is $19 for domestic USA wires, and $35 for International Wires Complete the following information in your account record. You can get this information from the manager of your local bank.

What type of industries does Freedom TeleWork service?

Freedom TeleWork was built to service any type of tele service operation, including Collections, Debt management, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Surveys, Political campaigns, charitable campaigns, technical service, warranty exchanges, Service business lead generation.

Can TeleWorkers use the system when they are not currently logged on handling customer business?

Yes, Freedom TeleWork has developed a Telemarketing Lite product which is great for the home office or small office environment. Using this web based interface you will be able to upload all of your Outlook contacts to Freedom TeleWork and you will be able to call individual records or groups with just a mouse click. This program costs $39.99 monthly and is an optional add on which is not required of Freedom TeleWorkers.

Must I speak English to be a Freedom TeleWorker?

Although having English language skills will make it easier to use Freedom TeleWork and will open the doors to the most job opportunities, It is not mandatory that you speak English. For example a TeleWorker who only speaks French might be set up with a company marketing within France. The Freedom TeleWork site is primarily an English language site, although our application database is currently localized in French, German, Spanish for Latin America, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese, with more languages coming soon.

Will Freedom TeleWork pay my expenses?

TeleWorkers run their own businesses and as such are expected to pay for their own computers and broadband connections and any other expenses they incur in running their company.

Can non-US users use Paypal?

Please note that Pay Pal will charge a money conversion fee to convert the funds from US to your local currency.

Will USA workers receive a 1099 from Freedom TeleWork?

Yes, as long as annual earnings equal or exceed $600

Can I provide my contact information in bids?

Freedom TeleWork has established a Site Bid System where you and clients can post responses back and forth. Placing personal contact information in bids is strictly prohibited before funds are escrowed to protect the Freedom TeleWork fee. Direct contact violates our agreements. We do monitor bids, as well as record the IP address of TeleWorkers, so we would know if a TeleWorker is using the system with a client who has not worked through the system. This will result in immediate dismissal and a block put on that IP address.

How will Clients know what I sound like on the phone?

Clients initially will listen to the voice recording you will make as part of your record. Clients will have the ability to monitor all calls, which are also recorded as MP3 files. Your client may be listening in on any call you are on at any time.
